suitable dimension refreshing escape

i booked a Beautiful KING ROOM for my stay. the room dimension was suitable and the king size bed provided ample space. the rooftop pool offered a refreshing escape.

the kettle inside the room had some lime deposits.

inadequate lighting broken plug sockets

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a lot of choices.

I had issues with the room I was given. The room lighting was inadequate and half of the plug sockets did not work. The shower room was accessible, but it flooded badly and the water drained very slowly.

bathroom ventilation high minibar prices

I hated that the bathroom lacked proper ventilation. after showering, moisture lingered for hours! also, the minibar prices were shockingly high. A small bottle of water cost nearly as much as a meal outside. i felt ripped off and it put a damper on my stay.

a mostly decent stay

extensive breakfast salad station good coffee loud noise pool filter late hour

the breakfast was extensive with many options. there was a salad station and a filipino station. the brewed coffee was good, it was not sour. the hotel is near a 7/11 store.

i stayed in a room near the rooftop pool. the pool's filter system activated often and was very loud. it. i was offered another room after midnight.

the staff at the front desk were helpful I noticed quick responses to requests. breakfast had fresh choices it offered a wide variety of options. the rooftop pool provided good views of both the mountains and the city. i appreciated the convenience of readily available taxis they were promptly arranged when needed.

i found a slight inconvenience with the limited parking space available at times.

my room was spacious i also noticed a very comfortable bed. the bathroom included necessary toiletries provided daily making my stay convenient it included also fresh towels.

rooftop pool friendly staff street noise low cleanliness

The rooftop pool was functional and had a view of the mountains. the staff were polite and friendly. Ethel and neil from kai resto gave my partner a surprise birthday plate with cake and sang. it charmed us.

the room faced the main street on the third floor, so i could not sleep well. constant noise from traffic kept me awake. the room was not clean and the shower had low water pressure, disappointing.
